Product Description:- High quality Bright Aluminium Paint based on treated oil varnish medium and incorporating high luster flake aluminum with extremely durable and exceptional water resistance properties. Areas Of Application:- For interior and exterior surfaces where durable and brilliant finishes are required such as Storage tanks, piping railings and galvanized roofing sheets etc. Product Information:- Pack size:- 4 liter, 1 liter, 500ml, and 200ml Shade / Colour range Metallic Aluminium Method of Application Brush, or Spray. Technical/Information/Data:- Thinner Asian Paints Mineral Turpentine. Thinning ratio (by vol.) Supplied ready for use and if necessary add up to 5-10% with Asian Paints Mineral Turpentine. Spreading Rate Approximately 15-20 sq. mt / per liter Drying time at 30 0 C Surface Drying 3 hour Hard Drying 10 – 12 hours Recoating Time After 16 hours Surface Preparation:- Wood Work :-Sand paper thoroughly. Clean down, apply one coat of Asian Paints Aluminium Wood Primer before applying Bright Aluminum Paint. Iron & Steel:- Remove scale and surface rust by chipping and wire brushing. Clean down and apply a coat of Asian Paints Zinc Phosphate Primer for better results. Galvanized Iron:- Wash down with Asian Paints Mineral Turpentine, allow drying & apply a coat of Metacare Etch Primer before application of Asian Paints Bright Aluminium Paint. Aluminium & Aluminium Alloys:- Wash down with Asian Paints Mineral Turpentine. Rub down with steel wool or abrasive paper. Clean and apply one coat of Metacare Etch Primer before applying Bright Aluminium.
